Color Guard

Honoring military traditions by presenting the colors at ceremonies, parades, and community events, exemplifying respect and patriotism.

Tabling

Engaging the public through informational booths at local events, sharing resources about veterans' support and raising awareness of our mission.

Visiting Our Vets

Visiting fellow veterans in hospitals, homes, and care facilities, offering camaraderie, support, and ensuring no one is left behind.

Programs

Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots is a beloved mission of our detachment, bringing joy and hope to children in need during the holiday season. Through toy collections and distributions, we unite our community and uphold the Marine Corps' spirit of service. This impactful program has been part of our legacy for decades. The late Marciano W. Trocio, a life member of Detachment 1347, inspired this commitment by leading his Jr. Marines in volunteering with this program, a tradition we proudly carry on today in partnership with the Marine Corps Reserve- Pasadena/North LA County Toys for Tots Campaign.
